The hearts of the KMC kids (and the parents who support their efforts) never ceases to amaze us here at AthletesInKind!
On Friday, June 4th at Pitt Meadows Elementary, two great KMC kids - Makenzy Schwingenschloegel and Christina Jones, brought in over $115 i n funds that they raised through a bottle drive and their own savings.
This kind of spirit can make all the difference to a family battling cancer - one night at a hotel, a dinner or two out while stuck at the hospital, or copious cups of much needed coffee when they don't have a coffee maker of their own...
Thanks you two for your kind contribution through AIK. You rock!

We would like to continue Race Team at Pitt Meadows Secondary.....
Who would be interested in run club on Fridays from 3:30-4:30 every Friday starting at the end of September? We are developing a program to suit kids grades 8-12 if there is enough interest "it's a go" Please let us know what you think, by messaging Lorie on the community.
